The Caleffi Green
The Caleffi Green is a project strongly desired by our president Marco Caleffi.
It was created with the goal of increasing awareness of the role each of us has and the contribution we can make to sustainable development.
The Caleffi Green is oriented toward a future capable of supporting the needs of generations to come in terms of air conditioning, sustainable comfort, energy conservation, water and health protection.
Our commitment
We have always preferred to maintain a short supply chain, and today 98.7% of the raw materials used to make Caleffi products are of European origin, and 85% are exclusively Italian.
A conscious choice that allows us direct and constant verification of suppliers, a significant reduction in CO2 emissions and the certainty of not sourcing from countries where human labor is not valued, respected, adult.
Sustainability as a concrete commitment
We are aware that in order to be totally in tune with markets, innovation is not enough; one must take responsibility for one's choices towards all stakeholders and the territory. Today, sustainability has become a concrete and shared concept, and the call for change is not only necessary and imperative, but comes from many fronts.
In 2015, the UN 2030 Agenda set the course for global sustainable development, and more and more consumers are rewarding the efforts of companies that put policies in place to finalize these goals.
