Studio Marco Piva chose Caleido's ICE designer radiator for the bathrooms on the room floors of the Radisson Collection Hotel Palazzo Touring Club Milano. A prestigious renovation and reconversion of Palazzo Bertarelli, among the most beautiful expressions of late Art Nouveau in the city, built in 1915 and historic headquarters of the Italian Touring Club.

The architectural and interior design, signed by Studio Marco Piva, interpreted the space regeneration intervention inspired by the theme of travel, a common thread in the history of Palazzo Bertarelli. The materials selected, the finishes, the furniture elements, every detail recalls those that, in the common imagination, are elements linked to travel and the founding history of the Touring Club. Designed as a place open to all, in the hotel the guest and the citizen find themselves immersed in a unique experience: a cultural journey between past, present and future.

In a search for aesthetic and functional balance in every part of the project, Caleido's ICE radiator installed in the bathrooms and suites fits discreetly into the environment, enhancing it with an essential and elegant design. Consisting of a thin painted steel plate-customizable in a wide RAL color chart, it includes the possibility of applying special towel bars, adding the function of a towel warmer to the radiator.

In the need to respond to new space requirements, while maintaining a link with pre-existing functions, Studio Marco Piva focused on a highly detailed style that combines historicity and contemporaneity.

The discreet presence of ICE underscores the value of design as a meeting point between past and present. The high performance, guaranteed by the low thermal inertia and gradual release of heat, allows energy savings, low emissions and the greatest well-being in the bathroom environment, emphasizing Caleido's constant attention to maximum sustainability and minimum environmental impact.
