*DYNAMIC STRENGTH: This is the elastic deformation capacity of a material to a dynamic type of stress, i.e. its ability to function as an ‘acoustic shock absorber of impact noise’. In the case of floating floors, the dynamic stiffness per unit area is used, which is expressed in MN/m3. The lower the dynamic stiffness of a material, the higher its sound reduction performance
Trosil Tech®is a new-generation acoustic insulation for impact noise and living comfort. It consists of soft cross-linked expanded polyolefin polymers coupled with non-woven polyester fibre fabric with excellent dynamic stiffness values.
Features:
- Flexible and elastic
- Lightweight and waterproof
- High mechanical resistance
- Mould and insect resistant
- Imputrescible
- Easy to lay
- CFC-free
Type TROSIL TECH®
- density 30 kg/m3, laminated with non-woven polyester fibre fabric, battentate, total thickness 10 mm.
- Certified noise reduction ?Lw = 33 dB
- Apparent dynamic rigidity s't = 9 MN/m3
- Dynamic rigidity s'= 20 MN/m3.
LAYING ADVICE
TROSIL®and TROSIL TECH®should be laid using the ‘floating floor’ technique.
