The distribution of the carrier fluid with the correct flow rate and temperature to each individual user is a guarantee of thermal comfort in the different areas. Distribution groups, complete or not with mixing valve, depending on the type of system, are the most common solution for this purpose. Unfortunately, their installation very often requires the installation of thermal power plant manifolds directly on site, often too bulky for the limited space available in these rooms.

 

The compact manifold 550 series solves this problem because thanks to its different configurations and small dimensions it guarantees the simplicity of connection of the different distribution groups. The sockets are arranged with the same center distance as the distribution units and equipped with unions to further simplify installation and maintenance operations.

 

Its internal configuration guarantees low pressure drops and makes it suitable for any type of heating system. The pre-formed insulating casing with which it is equipped thermally insulates and reduces heat loss in the distribution of the fluid.

To ensure hydraulic disconnection, if the manifold is powered by a primary circuit pump, Caleffi has created a compact hydraulic separator with a dedicated center distance. This optional component guarantees correct circulation and preserves the operation of all the pumps in the circuit, reducing the overall dimensions of the system.
