IP-doorway is an interface capable of making all CIAS digital detectors “IP & PoE” once installed. Using a Cat5e FTP Ethernet cable, the device can be powered while also managing alarm data and remote settings, simplifying control with a single cable. The product can be powered either via standard PoE 802.3Af or a 13.8 Vdc power supply, commonly used in anti-intrusion security systems. Since IP-doorway supports TCP, UDP, HTTP, DHCP, ICMP, ARP, and RARP protocols, various data management options are available.
