The reinforcement system G-NET 251 BA consists of a layer of two-way AR alkali-resistant glass fibre mesh G-NET 251 BA and the inorganic natural hydraulic lime-based matrix LIMECRETE, classified CE as structural M15 masonry mortar according to EN 998-1 and EN 998-2. The system is completed with the connectors listed in the data sheet. The fibre used for G-NET 251 BA, classified AR according to UNI EN 15422, has a high zirconium oxide content (>16%) that gives the mesh a high resistance to alkaline environments, typical of cement mortars and lime. The fibre also has a special surface treatment (sizing), which improves its compatibility and adhesion to the substrate.
