Aignep was founded in 1976 in Bione (in the province of Brescia) as a subcontractor of fittings for the heating and plumbing industry, taking advantage of its presence in an industrial district specialising in fittings. Today, the company manufactures a complete range of own-brand products in the fluid power sector.

Quality and innovation are the cornerstones of Aignep: the entire production is made in Italy and distributed worldwide. The only exception are some products for the North American market that have to adopt local regulations and are customised in the US subsidiary.

Aignep is part of the Bugatti Group, which was founded in 1923 and consists of 4 companies in as many sectors: in household goods (Casa Bugatti), lighting (Landa), transfer machines (Picchi) and Fluid Power (Aignep).

Aignep exports to over 100 countries around the world thanks to an extensive network of distributors and 10 subsidiaries located in the USA, Spain, Switzerland, Brazil, France, Colombia, China, Russia, Germany and Singapore.
